The Leadbrain Promise

We’re confident in the Leadbrain experience and back it with the Leadbrain Promise.

We always want you to have a great experience with Leadbrain. That’s why we have the Leadbrain Promise. If you have used Leadbrain’s services but were disappointed by your experience, contact us and tell us about it. We’ll work with you to make it right.

If you want to cancel your account you can do so in any of the following ways:

  • by emailing us for a refund on hello@leadbrain.email or
  • contact us on live chat for refunds or
  • cancel your account in the membership area

If you redeem your purchase, but the Merchant has not properly provided you with the Merchant Offering or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Merchant Offering you must take action against the Merchant directly. This is because the Merchant not Leadbrain, is responsible for the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering. Leadbrain only sells the product. However, if you and the Merchant cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, Leadbrain may, upon your request, try to help resolve the issue between you and the Merchant.
